From our April 27 conversation with Cindy Bush.

1 The US is scaling from ~200 to 1,000 people in 2–3 years — largely through acquisition.
2 The US needs its own playbook. The March offsite reset board design, employee experience, and culture for the US market.
3 HRBPs are running 25 leadership offsites this year. Internal capacity is stretched as acquisition integration keeps stacking.
4 The next 6–9 months are the window to get team effectiveness, culture, and infrastructure right before it gets harder.
